More of a Toy than a Shape Sorter
The shape sorter is lovely and bright and the toys that come with it are colorful and interesting. My daughter likes playing with the toy but prefers to put them back through the lid rather than through the holes in the sides. I have tried to show her how to put them in the holes only to find the square hole isn't actually a square as it narrows at the bottom and even I have to push hard to get it to go through the hole. The other shapes are a tight fit...
Baby loves this
My son is about to turn 1 year old, and this has been one of his favorite toys for the last five months or so. He doesn't use it as a shape sorter, but he loves the different pieces. This is a non-electronic toy that has held his interest consistently. I plan to make it one of my standard gifts to babies.
